This unique home was built in 1880 and recently renovated to preserve its historic detail while including modern luxuries. It has 3 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, two fireplaces, two staircases, and plenty of room to explore. Outside you’ll find a patio, fireplace, and of course, an amazing backyard treehouse that boasts 500 sq/ft furnished with seating, tv, and WiFi. The home is 5 to 15 minutes from everything - The Football HOF, Gervasi Winery, Maize Valley Winery, 1875 Winery, shopping, and dining.

The space

Enjoy the comfort of a 6 bedroom 3 bath home PLUS one of the area's largest Treehouses! This is a very unique home built in 1880 and has been completely renovated over the past year. When not relaxing in the house, take the connecting bridge to an amazing treehouse. Inside you’ll first notice the massive tree extending through the floor and out the cathedral ceiling. The Treehouse has couches, TV, AC, and great views from both the front and back porches. The treehouse does not have heat. We have an electric space heater provided which will take the chill off but it will be chilly in the winter. Enjoy movies, games, drinks, relaxing, or taking in the views. This is centrally located 5-15 minutes from everything (Wineries, Pro Football HOF, Airport, dining, golf, pumpkin patches, and more)
